<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach |Request for Qualifications No. 21-11-01 18 <br /> <br /> <br />• Community Redevelopment Planning <br /> <br />• Corridor Planning <br /> <br />• GIS Mapping and 3-D Animation <br /> <br />• Comprehensive Plans and Evaluation and Appraisal Analysis and Reports <br /> <br />• Comprehensive Plan Amendments – Analysis and Reports <br /> <br />• Zoning and Land Development Regulations with an emphasis on Form Based Codes <br /> <br />• Master Planning <br /> <br />• Architectural & Urban Designing <br /> <br />• Transportation Planning <br /> <br />• Parking Studies <br /> <br />• Site Plan Review <br /> <br /> Traffic Engineering & Transportation Consulting <br /> <br />• Civil/Traffic & Transportation Engineers’ services shall include, but shall not be limited to: traffic <br />study, design, master planning and construction services relating to roadway, drainage, street <br />calming and streetscape projects. <br /> <br /> • Consulting services, including reports, and peer reviews traffic studies, coordination with <br />community organizations, construction plans & specs, estimating and project management <br /> <br />• Bicycle and pedestrian paths design and integrated mobility options <br />• Expertise and experience in traffic engineering consulting, transportation planning, street and <br />highway design, traffic calming design, transit planning, traffic studies, general engineering, <br />coordination with Miami Dade Transit (MDT), State of Florida Department of Transportation <br />(FDOT), Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO), the County, and planning capabilities. <br /> <br />• Attend meetings with City staff and presentations to City Council <br /> <br />• Provide plans developed on AutoCAD’s latest version, and copies of a reproducible hard copy <br />and diskette of plans in the requested format shall be provided to the City <br /> <br />• Transportation Planning and Traffic Engineering <br />
