YEAR COMPLETED <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONSTRUCTION (If applicable) <br />7 <br />A complete assessment of 10 acre Port Saint Lucie Public Works Facility was conducted. This includes four buildings encompassing the administration offices, vehicle repair, vehicle canopies, central stores and warehouse space. The City provided all the current and future staffing needs, as well as all equipment. We reviewed the current spaces provide for all activities to development a matrix of staff and space requirements. <br />A complete site survey and environmental assessment was completed. This provided a current and accurate based to develop the redevelopment of the facility. The finish floor elevations of all buildings were recorded and compared to the current flood maps for the County to determine if potential flooding was a concern. All buildings were structurally reviewed for the ability to resist current wind loads.
