●Preliminary site planning of the potential three locations.
●Adjacency diagrams for each of the options.
●ADG's site selection matrix, which will provide a weighted criteria
value for each of the site options. This takes personal perceptions
out of the selection process and provides quantitative data to
support the best location for daily operations.
●As the public safety department will remain on an active municipal
campus, we will also work together to draft a phasing plan for
the temporary relocation, demolition, and construction of any
renovation or new building elements.
●Estimates of probable costs for each development option.
●Recommendations on moving forward.
FORMAL PRESENTATION
Our team will provide a formal presentation of the study and recommended solutions to city commissioners, city staff, public safety
departments, and stakeholders.
FUTURE SERVICES FOR FULL DESIGN
If selected, our team’s preliminary planning will result in a useful tool as the city moves forward and will set a firm foundation for this
project. For future development, our team has the capabilities to provide full master planning and design services, as well as provide
construction administration services. A full approach to Phase II services can be furnished to the city. We have completed these
services for hundreds of municipal and public safety clients and will be able to bring that expertise to this project.
Boynton Beach Police Headquarters
10
