<br />THORNTON THOMASETTI | STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING | Thornton Tomassetti provides engineering design, investigation, and analysis services
<br />to clients worldwide on projects of every size and level of complexity. Through their 10 complementary practices, Thornton Tomassetti
<br />addresses the full life cycle of a structure. Dating back to 1949, today we they a 1,300-person organization of engineers, sustainability
<br />practitioners, and support professionals collaborating from offices across the United States, Canada, and in Asia-Pacific, Europe, Latin
<br />America and the Middle East. In September 2015, Thornton Tomassetti and Weidlinger Associates joined together and now operate as
<br />a single firm, solidifying leadership in engineering innovation, to enhance the breadth and depth of services to their clients.
<br />TLC ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS | SECURITY / TECHNOLOGY | TLC Engineering will evaluate all security, technology, and AV services needed for the
<br />development of this project. During this phase they will perform a technology review to account for all needed security and technology
<br />costs within the estimate of probable costs. TLC has provided design services for over 170 public safety facilities across the United
<br />States, including 80+ with ADG. They are well-adept at mission critical, survivable facilities that support multiple agencies by using the
<br />latest computer-aided design and testing tools to produce cutting-edge designs tailored to each client’s unique operations.
<br />CMS CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES | COST ESTIMATING | The team of professionals at CMS-Construction Management Services, Inc.
<br />(CMS) has a wealth of experience providing cost estimating services for a wide array of governmental projects in Miami-Dade, Broward,
<br />and Palm Beach Counties. Over the past decade, CMS’s projects include over 100 public safety complexes, police stations, and fire
<br />stations. Through the years, CMS has assisted with upgrading the local municipalities to current standards set forth by the federal,
<br />state, county, and local governments.
<br />TEAM COMMITMENT
<br />Our team is prepared to start immediately on any task awarded by the city and has a proven track record of success in delivering
<br />projects within budget and schedule parameters. Our entire team, ADG / WA and our consultants, have carefully examined our overall
<br />current and projected workloads, and we are confident we will have no difficulties providing responsive and timely services for this
