<br />ROLE: Project Manager - ADG, in association with a local architect, was selected to provide conceptual design services for the
<br />new Idaho Falls Police Headquarters. Services for this project include creating a spatial needs assessment, site development,
<br />master planning, and full design services. The new 60,000-SF community-oriented state-of-the-art police complex will be
<br />located at 701 Northgate Mile, in the Northside of Idaho Falls. The facility will include components such as evidence, forensic lab,
<br />firearms range, locker rooms, climate-controlled storage, and SWAT / patrol vehicle garage.

<br />ROLE: Project Manager - Architects Design Group is providing the City of Mobile with a spatial needs assessment and master
<br />plan for a new consolidated public safety facility. The new facility will house police administration and operations to support the
<br />department ’s 474 sworn and 232 civilians. Fire administration with approximately 45 fire department staff will also be included
<br />in the new facility, with possibly a full station.

<br />Headquarters. Our scope includes a review of the spatial needs assessment, site identification and analysis, master planning,
<br />conceptual design renderings, interior design, full design and bidding documents, cost estimates, and construction oversight.
<br />The design focuses on enhancing the surrounding neighborhood to integrate TPD’s Community Oriented Policing Philosophy.

<br />for the City of Tampa Police Department (TPD). The design team is working with TPD to ensure the design of the new facility will
<br />accommodate the department’s 936 sworn officers and support staff as well as identify opportunities to maximize space and
<br />allow for future growth.

<br />ROLE: Project Manager - Architects Design Group provided programming, master planning, and full design services for the new
<br />15,000-SF Windermere Town Facilities. The consolidated building includes space for town administration, police, and public
<br />works. This hardened facility’s design incorporates redundant systems, such as emergency power that will permit it to remain
<br />fully functional and ensure continued operational capability. This facility was designed to be community-friendly in keeping with
<br />the town’s commitment to the premise of community policing. It also incorporates a community meeting and training / conference
<br />facilities in the non-secure area of the buildings. This project was bid under budget and is currently under construction.

<br />ROLE: Project Manager - Architects Design Group was selected to provide programming, master planning, interior design, and
<br />design services for the Village of Palm Springs Public Safety and Municipal Facility, which included a village hall, public safety
<br />facility, recreational center, library, and community center. The first phase of the project was to master plan the village facilities
<br />and the public safety project for a timeframe of 25 years to anticipate future growth. The second phase was design services
<br />followed by construction administration. 27
