<br />For this project, Marcel will serve as the local associate architect. He will assist the with all
<br />planning phases of the Sunny Isles Beach Public Safety Department Spatial Needs Analysis
<br />and Feasibility Study. He will be active throughout the entire planning project.
<br />EXPERIENCE
<br />Mr. Morlote joined Wolfberg Alvarez & Partners in 1979 and brings exceptional depth to
<br />his work. His skills as an architect, planner and manager are accompanied by a strong
<br />background in engineering, giving him added expertise in the technical requirements for
<br />buildings and infrastructure. Marcel directs the day-to-day technical operation for the firm
<br />and is experienced in architectural design, design/build, architectural coordination, project
<br />management and construction phase services. He experience includes a variety of projects
<br />including mixed-use projects for public sector clients in South Florida and the Caribbean,
<br />including Mary Brickell Village, Shops at Sunset Place and NASA's Operations and Support
<br />Building II at Kennedy Space Center. Additionally, Mr. Morlote received a Bachelor of
<br />Architecture degree from the University of Miami.
