<br />ROLE ON THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH PUBLIC SAFETY DEPARTMENT SPATIAL NEEDS ANALYSIS AND FEASIBILITY STUDY
<br />Jorge will be responsible for overseeing all site design activities. He will complete all civil
<br />engineering tasks; specifically, analyzing all grading, drainage, and site utility aspects of
<br />the existing municipal campus and the two new parcels being considered. He will also
<br />coordinate the site permitting process of all governing boards needed.
<br />EXPERIENCE
<br />Jorge has more than 18 years of diverse civil engineering experience. He serves a diverse
<br />group of clients, including counties, municipalities, government agencies, and private
<br />developers. Jorge has extensive facility, industrial, commercial, and complex project
<br />experience and has served as project manager on various projects within Miami-Dade
<br />County and its municipalities. Every project Jorge has worked on and is currently working
<br />on involves some type of life safety element, including water and fire protection, fire routing,
<br />crosswalks, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessibility.
