It is for projects like this <br />one for the City of Sunny Isles Beach where our comprehensive services come together for <br />one seamless project delivery. Specifically, we offer: <br />Public Safety Expertise: CGL focuses solely on the government, public safety, and municipal <br />markets. All of our proposed team members have extensive experience operating, planning, <br />designing or managing the delivery of similar facilities. CGL has completed over 140 <br />projects in Florida and is currently working in Pasco and Palm Beach Counties. We have <br />offices in Miami, Vero Beach, and Orlando. <br />Proven Track Record: To date, CGL has helped over 900 Counties around the United States <br />with their government and public safety facility needs. Our services span the entire project <br />and building life-cycle affording us the unique opportunity to service clients continuously, <br />beyond the initial planning phase. Some of our client relationships date back 30 years. We <br />invite you to talk to our clients and learn firsthand what it is like working with CGL and how <br />our unique focus in the area allows us to better serve our clients. <br />Project Management Plan: In addition to providing planning, design and program <br />management services, CGL is the largest and most experienced provider of outsourced <br />facility maintenance services for public safety facilities in the United States; therefore, we <br />can provide data to develop a proven and proprietary Total Cost of Ownership approach to <br />project management and preventive maintenance. This approach is evidence-based and <br />proven to extend a facility’s useful life and significantly lower operational costs. <br />Current Workload: All team members are available to begin work on the project upon <br />notification of selection. Rick Macia’ will be the Project Manager and will have the greatest <br />commitment of time to the project. Managing from the Miami office, Rick will be available <br />for every task of the project. Current availability for each team member exceeds 50%. <br />Authorized Representative. I am authorized to negotiate terms, render binding decisions, <br />and commit the firm’s resources. We understand if selected, CGL will meet any location, <br />budget, or task order(s). Also if selected, CGL maintain in good standing all required <br />licenses, certifications, and permits required under federal, state, and local laws necessary <br />to perform the services.
