Eric Czerniejewski, PE, ENV SP, Traffic Engineering Division Manager, is certified as a Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV SP). This certification is for those who are credentialed by the Institute of Sustainable Infrastructure (ISI). Envision® provides a framework for evaluating/ rating community, environmental, and economic benefits of infrastructure projects of all types/sizes. It evaluates, grades, and gives recognition to projects that use transformational, collaborative approaches to assess the sustainability indicators over the course of a project's life cycle. Corradino brings the City this expertise for all task work order assignments on this contract. ►Surveying and Mapping Services For each project under this contract, which involves surveying and mapping services, our survey leader will perform research which includes, but is not limited to, prior survey documents, horizontal and vertical control, and surveys prepared by others. A minimum of one survey crew will be assigned to each City project. Field notes will be kept describing the survey services completed each day. The field notes and collected data files will be reviewed daily, as well as an additional Quality Control/Quality Assurance (QA/QC) check of the accuracy of the information being gathered. As field tasks are completed, office activities will begin so both run concurrently to allow team members to be continually informed of daily services and the information obtained. It also allows team efficiency and cohesiveness in preparation of the final deliverable. The proposed Project Manager of this effort will be Joseph M. Corradino, AICP. He will be assisted by Kathryn Lyon, AICP, CFM, as the Technical Task Manager. Assisting Ms. Lyon will be technical department heads in each of the disciplines. An organization chart is provided below. The approach is that when the City has a specific need, it will reach out to Joe Corradino, who would assemble the correct technical team for the assignment. That team would meet with the City to understand the need, then develop a scope of services, timeline, and cost proposal. Once authorized to proceed, Corradino will initiate the work and complete it on-time and within budget. Corradino’s staff consists of seasoned professionals who have worked at every level of local government. They are hired purposely for their ability to address difficult problems, assess them and provide solid solutions. We are objective and consistent. In our development review, we adhere to the constraints of the code. Our approach is to treat everyone with the same objectivity. We provide the decisionmakers with a common set of facts and are there as a resource so that they may make the best decisions possible for their constituents.
