Corradino's planners review all applications, including site plans, variances, certificates of use, special exceptions, planned unit <br />developments and traffic impact analyses. Aventura realized years ago that it needed to impact the way people moved within the community by providing <br />bicycle, pedestrian and transit infrastructure within these rights of way. The Firm reviews complex planning <br />applications for new development and redevelopment, prepares staff reports, and presents staff recommendations at the Planning & <br />Zoning Advisory Board and City Commission meetings.
