SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS <br />Miss Henderson has over 15 years of civil engineering experience in land development for both <br />commercial and residential projects. Responsibilities include municipal reviews for Public Works <br />and Utility permits, due diligence and site research, drainage design, water distribution and <br />sanitary sewer collection and transmission system design, construction cost estimates, general <br />site development for both public and private engineering projects, construction administration, <br />observation, certification, and permitting services with various municipalities and local agencies <br />throughout Central Florida and South Florida inclusive of South Florida Water Management District <br />(SFWMD), Broward County, Miami-Dade County, Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), <br />Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP), and Florida Department of Health (FDOH). <br />PLAN REVIEW EXPERIENCE <br />Village of Bal Harbour, FL: Lead Public Works and Utilities review for the City's Building Department <br />for commercial and residential projects. <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach, FL: Lead Public Works review for the City's Building Department for <br />commercial and residential projects. <br />City of Dania Beach, FL: Provided plan review services to the City for Right-of-Way permits. <br />PROJECT EXPERIENCE <br />Bal Harbour Village Consultant: Calvin Giordano & Associates is the Village’s Consulting Engineer. <br />Miss Henderson is a Consulting Engineer to Bal Harbour Village where she manages the Sunshine <br />811 services. She also oversees the request for as-builts for any proposed projects in the Village. <br />Outfall O-13 at 14 Harbor Point: Miss Henderson is currently designing and permitting for the <br />relocation of the existing drainage Outfall O-13 in the Village of Key Biscayne. A pre-versus post- <br />drainage analysis is required to demonstrate that the proposed improvements alleviate the current <br />flooding in the 14 Harbour Point Right-of-Way. <br />Engineer - City of Dania Beach: 09/2019 - 01/2020 - Assisted the City Engineer in the City's day-to- <br />day activities such as addressing customer concerns, responding to customer requests, providing <br />utility atlases, and managing City projects as-needed. 05/2020 - Ongoing - Provide assistance to the <br />Public Services Department by addressing customer concerns, responding to customer requests, <br />and providing utility atlases. <br />Yellow Green Farmer's Market Expansion: Miss Henderson is the Drainage and Utility Engineer <br />of the expansion. This includes a drainage analysis of the existing conditions and the proposed <br />improvements. The design consists of exfiltration trench to provide storage for the improvements. <br />The utility design includes a new lift station for the additional flows that the market will be producing. <br />City of Lauderhill: Miss Henderson was the liaison between the Landscape Team and the City of <br />Lauderhill in order to meet the City's criteria and timeframe for the beautification improvements for <br />Ilene Lieberman Botanical Park and 17th Street Park. The projects consisted of using recyclable <br />materials for the improvements and providing a walking path, benches, and restoration of the existing <br />landscape materials to provide a more appealing environment for the community. <br />Sewer Pump Station No. 1 Drainage Improvements Bid, Bal Harbour Village, FL: Miss Henderson <br />was responsible for issuing the bid on behalf of the Village, which included preparation of technical <br />specifications and bid documents, submission of the bid to multiple vendors preparation of the <br />probable construction cost estimate for a comparison to the bid amounts received, responding to <br />technical questions from prospective bidders, preparation and issuance of associated addendum, <br />and providing a recommendation of the lowest responsive and responsible bidder to the Village. <br />Heidi Belle Henderson, PE <br />Project Manager YEARS OF EXPERIENCE <br />15 <br />YEARS WITH THE FIRM <br />2 <br />EDUCATION <br />M.S.
