SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS <br />Mr. Feoli leads the Landscape Department in creative design strategies for urban environments <br />with specialties including urban design, contextual analysis and branding. He has contributed his <br />experience in organizing, coordinating and moderating public outreach events related to several <br />different types of projects, including master plans, transit-oriented designs, and site-specific design <br />interventions. His experience has encompassed a wide array of project-types and of different scales. <br />EXPERIENCE <br />Urban Forestry Master Plan, Miami Beach, FL: Mr. Feoli was responsible for the planning, <br />coordination and moderating several public outreach meetings related to the creation of an urban <br />forestry strategy for the City. This included community outreach meetings with diverse communities, <br />presentations at topic-specific workshops, and conducting meetings with key stakeholders. <br />Sunny Isles Beach Town Center, Sunny Isles Beach, FL: Mr. Feoli was an integral team member <br />responsible for a critical outreach component to determine community-desired direction for the future <br />of the City’s Town Center District. The scope of work included one-on-one stakeholder interviews, <br />organizing an open-house informational event, and preparing and conducting online surveys. <br />Urban Density Study, Wilton Manors, FL: Mr. Feoli was responsible for organizing and hosting <br />several public outreach elements, including open-house outreach meetings, stakeholder interviews, <br />preparation of online surveys, and the development of informational videos on the impacts of future <br />development and future projects on the character of the City. <br />Middle Beach Recreational Corridor, Miami Beach, FL: Mr. Feoli was responsible for all public <br />outreach components related to this transportation and recreational component to the City’s bicycle <br />infrastructure. This included conducting one-on-one meetings with over 39 HOAs, holding public <br />community outreach meetings, conducting meetings with key stakeholders, and preparing and <br />delivering presentations to committees, boards and community interest groups. <br />Doral Boulevard Beautification Master Plan, Doral, FL: Mr. Feoli was responsible for the organization <br />and presentation at required public outreach meetings in the development of the master plan and the <br />guiding document that was being prepared. <br />Overtown Park, Miami, FL: Mr. Feoli was responsible for organizing and conducting a community <br />design charrette with residents and stakeholders to arrive at a neighborhood park design. This <br />included providing amenities, such as bounce-houses and other attractions for children so parents <br />could participate in the design charrette event. <br />Palms Spring North Visioning Charrette, Miami-Dade County, FL: Mr. Feoli coordinated and <br />participated in a community visioning charrette for the Palms Spring North neighborhood of Miami- <br />Dade County.
