SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
<br />With more than seven years of construction experience followed by sixteen years of engineering
<br />design and project management, Mr. Stambaugh has developed a strong understanding of the
<br />engineering profession and necessary skills to successfully complete a variety of projects with
<br />varying degrees of complexity. He is experienced in the design of both public and private engineering
<br />projects, including the design of water and wastewater treatment plant expansion and rehabilitation,
<br />the design of sanitary sewer collection and transmission systems, replacement and improvements
<br />design for drinking water distribution systems and booster stations, and the design of storm water
<br />management systems, roadways, and parking lots.
<br />WATER AND WASTEWATER DESIGN EXPERIENCE
<br />Water Treatment Plant #8 Fluoride System Improvements, Palm Beach County, FL: Managed
<br />a team of design consultants to rehabilitate the existing fluoride system that were approaching the
<br />end of their useful life. The rehabilitation included complete replacement of all wetted components
<br />including bulk storage tanks, day tanks, pump skids, valves, primary and secondary containment
<br />piping to the injection location, and recoating of the concrete structure. Additional safety features
<br />were incorporated that included new elevated walkways, handrails, kick plates, signage for restricted
<br />entry confined spaces, eyewash stations, and instrumentation and controls to allow remote operation

<br />STORMWATER PROJECT EXPERIENCE
<br />Lloyd Estates Drainage Improvements, Oakland Park, FL: Administered all professional consulting
<br />scope of services for the design and construction of an improved stormwater manager system to
<br />aid in the reduction of flood duration and elevation during storm events within the Lloyd Estates
<br />neighborhood. The improvements include the addition of emergency flood gates to prevent the
<br />elevated water level in the SFWMD C-13 canal from flowing into the Sleep River that provides water
<br />storage for the existing drainage system. In addition, a stormwater pump station will be provided to
<br />regain the permitted discharge capacity of the system. Grant services were provided for this project
<br />that resulted in approximately $4 million of funding from the FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Program.

<br />SITE DESIGN PROJECT EXPERIENCE
<br />Porsche of West Broward, Davie, FL: Project Administrator for the design and construction services
<br />for the development of a 66,000 square feet Porsche Dealership that is located on a 9 acre site
<br />in Davie, Florida. The project responsibilities included coordination of the civil site work with the
<br />architectural design and landscape architectural design services to meet the requirements of the
<br />regulatory agencies as well as the requirements of the Porsche brand. Contact: Allen Dresselhouse,

<br />Andrews Avenue Roadway Improvements, Oakland Park, FL: Project Administrator responsible for
<br />preparing/negotiating the Work Authorization with the City of Oakland Park for design and post design
<br />consulting services for the Andrews Avenue Roadway Improvements project. Responsibilities also
<br />included communicating project updates to the City and coordinating the efforts of the design team
<br />to prepare construction documents for the removal of exiting two-way turn lanes in the middle
<br />of the roadway and replace with landscape medians and dedicated turn lanes, reconstruction of
<br />existing sidewalks to meet current ADA standards, addition of bike lanes, mid-block crossings for
<br />pedestrians, pavement markings and signage for a four lane divided road, and lighting.
