He drafted Broward <br />County’s EAR-based amendments allowing for municipalities to implement mixed- use land use and zoning districts. He created and <br />implemented a program to develop transit-oriented redevelopment along Broward County’s major transportation corridors which was <br />subsequently adopted by the Broward MPO. <br />2007 <br />Assistant Director of Development Services <br />Coral Springs, Florida <br />Directed the $1.4M Community Development Division engaged in site planning, architectural review, and all land development actions <br />requiring municipal approval. He was chair of the City’s Development Review Committee for all new development and redevelopment <br />within the City, which included presentations to the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Commission. Oversaw the development <br />of a form-based code for the City’s downtown and made numerous changes to the Land Development Code with respect to the land <br />development process, signage, and telecommunications. <br />Ongoing <br />47
