YEAR COMPLETEDOn-Call Planning and Zoning ServicesCutler Bay, FL <br />Town of Cutler Bay <br />CGA was selected to be the on-call planning and zoning consultant assisting Town staff in development review, Growth Management Plan and Land Development Regulations amendments, Special Projects and expert testimony. Alex David is the Project Manager. In addition, Alex is currently serving the Interim Community Development Director. <br />As an extension of Town staff, CGA takes a hands-on approach and reviews any assigned projects from initial project review through Council hearing. Additionally, any proposed Growth Management Plan and LDR amendments are supported by CGA as necessary.
