NZ Consultants City of Sunny Isles Beach RFQ No. 21-11-01 Since 2009, NZC specializes in providing outstanding planning services to local governments focusing on long range planning (comprehensive planning and EAR-based amendments, neighborhood planning, master plans), current planning (development reviews, staff reports), zoning (Land Development Regulatfons text amendments, rezoning), urban design (3D-CAD, design guidelines, complete streets), community outreach (charrettes master planning, design workshops) and unparalleled graphic design capabilitfes (GIS mapping and 3D CAD renderings). NZC will be honored to lead and provide services to Sunny Isles Beach and working with the City’s Staff. NZC is teaming up with WGI (sub-consultant), an award winning multfdisciplinary landscape architecture, traffic, environmental and civil engineering firm. The NZC Team is ready to provide outstanding professional planning and zoning services, including civil and traffic engineering, plan review, site plan review, including planning, evaluatfon and appraisal reports, community engagement projects, land development regulatfons (LDR’s), comprehensive planning, assistfng staff with the coordinated legal, landscape architecture and engineering designs and reviews for a multftude of public and private projects ranging from commercial, to high rise structures, and other design-related reviews. Nilsa Zacarias, AICP, will serve as the Project Manager and point of contact. Ms. Zacarias is a natfonally and internatfonally recognized professional and Fulbright Scholar with over 25 years of experience working on challenging and complex planning initfatfves.
