Firm References and <br /> Similar Work Completed <br />NZC is qualified to provide outstanding consultfng services to the City of Sunny Isles Beach. As <br />indicated by our references, the NZC Team has the professional expertfse, past record, financial <br />stability and key personnel to perform the following tasks on-tfme and on budget: <br /> Site Master Planning, Analysis & Design <br /> Civil/Environmental Engineering <br /> Evaluation & Design <br /> Planning & Urban Design <br /> Traffic Engineering & Transportation Consulting <br />The NZC Team have an in-depth knowledge of all local, state, and federal directfves, ordinances, rules, <br />orders, and laws as applicable to this RFQ and subsequent contractfng. The NZC Team understands and is <br />willing to “meet any locatfon, budget, or task orders” as requested in the subject RFQ; and it will maintain in <br />good standing all required licenses, certfficatfons and permits required under federal, state and local laws <br />necessary to perform the services. <br />Since 2009, NZC specializes in providing outstanding planning services to local governments focusing on long <br />range planning (comprehensive planning and EAR-based amendments, neighborhood planning, master <br />plans), current planning (development reviews, staff reports), zoning (Land Development Regulatfons text <br />amendments, rezoning), urban design (3D-CAD, design guidelines, complete streets), community outreach <br />(charrettes master planning, design workshops) and unparalleled graphic design capabilitfes (GIS mapping <br />and 3D CAD renderings). NZC will be honored to lead and provide services to Sunny Isles Beach and working <br />with the City’s Staff. <br />NZC is teaming up with WGI (sub-consultant), an award winning multfdisciplinary landscape architecture, <br />traffic, environmental and civil engineering firm. The NZC Team is ready to provide outstanding <br />professional planning and zoning services, including civil and traffic engineering, plan review, site plan <br />review, including planning, evaluatfon and appraisal reports, community engagement projects, land <br />development regulatfons (LDR’s), comprehensive planning, assistfng staff with the coordinated legal, <br />landscape architecture and engineering designs and reviews for a multftude of public and private <br />projects ranging from commercial, to high rise structures, and other design -related reviews. <br />Nilsa Zacarias, AICP, will serve as the Project Manager and point of contact. Ms. Zacarias is a <br />natfonally and internatfonally recognized professional and Fulbright Scholar with over 25 <br />years of experience working on challenging and complex planning initfatfves.
