CALTRAN has provided the following services under this <br />contract, including evaluation of performance measures using HERE data (big data) for periodic network traffic <br />monitoring. Provided traffic data collection and highway assists inventories as part of TCI and RCI programs, <br />provided engineering in-house support, developed 18-Kip pavement loads for multiple projects. All staff <br />members who worked in this project were CALTRAN's employees. Staff members included project manager, <br />Senior Engineers, and Traffic Engineers.
