Russo, City Manager <br />FROM: Stan Morris, Deputy City Manager <br />DATE: September 14, 2021 <br />RE: Agreement Between the City of Sunny Isles Beach and PayByPhone <br />Technologies, Inc. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends approval of this Resolution. <br />REASONS: <br />On February 16, 2017, via Resolution No. 2017-2666, the City Commission approved an Agreemen <br />with PayByPhone Technologies, Inc. to provide a mobile payment program for parking services. The <br />City has been satisfied with their services and renewed the agreement annually. Throughout this time, <br />PayByPhone Technologies, Inc. continued providing services to the City under the same terms anc <br />conditions as the original agreement. <br />To maintain continuity of these services, the City wishes to enter into a new agreement with <br />PayByPhone Technologies, Inc. for a five year term under the same pricing terms that has been <br />offered to the City of Miami. <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br />Revenue offset to various General Fund parking revenues <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Item Number: 10.V <br />
