Grandinetti, Interim Chief of Police <br />DATE: November 30, 2021 <br />RE: Approval for a Second Amendment to the Agreement with Vigilant Solution! <br />for Access to License Plate Reader Data <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends approval of this Resolution. <br />REASONS: <br />The City of Sunny Isles Beach Police Department entered into a two year agreement with Vigilan <br />Solutions in October 2018, for licensing fees and a commercial data subscription related to the license <br />plate reader system. That agreement has a renewal option of three (3), one (1) year renewals.
