December 6th, 2021 <br />P FLOG 5 <br />o�rr o� SUN PNO <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH <br />DEVELOPMENT REVIEW REPORT <br />Acqualina Resort and Spa <br />SITE PLAN MODIFICATION & <br />TRANSFER DEVELOPMENT RIGHTS (TDRs) <br />PROJECT SUMMARY <br />Application Number: PZ2021-21 <br />Application Summary: The Applicant has submitted applications for a Site Plan <br />Modification and Transfer Development Rights (TDRs) for the <br />Acqualina Resort and Spa located at 17875-17885 Collins <br />Avenue. The Site Plan Modification is requesting to increase <br />the Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of Unit 4806 by 343 square feet of <br />FAR, through the City's TDRs program, by enclosing a section <br />of the unit's southern balcony.
