Hasbun, Planning and.Zoning Director <br />DATE: 11/21/2019 <br />Approving a Fourth Amendment to the Agreement with <br />RE: Calvin, Giordano, and Associates for Professional <br />Planning and Zoning Services <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />This Resolution is recommended for approval. <br />REASONS: <br />The City awarded RFQ 16-12-01 to Calvin, Giordano and Associates, <br />Inc. under Resolution 2017-265 and entered into a contract on <br />February 1, 2017, This is the Third option to renew the Agreement for <br />one (1) year. The term of this renewal is from February 1, 2020 to <br />January 31, 2021.
