These certificates shall contain a provision that the <br />coverage afforded under the policies will not be canceled or materially changed until at <br />least thirty (30) days prior written notice has been given to the City Manager or his <br />designee by certified mail. The City shall be named as an additional insured on the above- <br />referenced policies. <br /> <br /> The Contractor agrees that if any part of the work under the contract is sublet, they will <br />require the sub-contractor(s) to carry insurance as required, and that they will require the <br />sub-contractor(s) to furnish to them insurance certificates similar to those required by the <br />City in this section. <br /> <br /> All required insurance coverage forms to be provided by insurance carriers with <br />a minimum AM Best rating of A Excellent and authorized to do business in the <br />State of Florida. <br /> <br /> 2.8.2 Cancellation and Re-Insurance: <br /> <br />If any insurance should be canceled or changed by the insurance company or should any <br />insurance expire during the period of this contract, the contractor shall be responsible for <br />securing other acceptable insurance to provide the coverage specified in this section to <br />maintain coverage during the life of this contract. All deductibles must be declared by the <br />contractor and must be approved by the City. At the option of the City, either the <br />contractor shall eliminate or reduce such deductible or the contractor shall procure a bond, <br />in a form satisfactory to the City, covering the same. <br /> <br /> NOTE: THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, CONTRACT NUMBER AND TITLE MUST APPEAR ON <br /> EACH CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE. THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH MUST BE SHOWN AS AN <br /> ADDITIONAL INSURED WITH RESPECT TO THIS COVERAGE WITH WAIVER OF SUBROGATION. <br /> <br />2.9 INVOICE PAYMENTS <br /> <br />The awarded firm shall propose a revenue sharing agreement to be negotiated prior to contract <br />execution. <br /> <br />2.10 FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL REGULATIONS <br /> <br />The successful Proposer shall comply with all federal, state and local ordinances, regulations, and <br />rules as well as any other laws that would apply to the proposed Project. Such proposer costs <br />associated with regulatory requirements shall be included in the Project cost whether depicted <br />specifically or not within the body of the proposal. <br /> <br />2.11 BACKGROUND CHECKS <br /> <br />The successful Firm will be responsible for hiring the necessary personnel to conduct the specified <br />services and will comply with all federal, state, and local laws related to minimum wage, social <br />security, nondiscrimination, Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), unemployment compensation,
