COST OF SERVICES <br /> <br /> The following will be subject to negotiation: <br /> <br />a. Propose a recommended compensation structure to the City for this scope of work, <br />maximizing the proposer’s ability to provide highest and best use for the City’s Gateway <br />Center, such as a commission on revenue generated. <br /> <br />b. Gateway Center is expected to generate revenues from weddings, corporate events, <br />and other occasions, as well as other local events the proposer is able to market and <br />attract. Specify over the life of the agreement (specify an amount for Years 1 through 5) <br />how the proposer envisions that the revenues will be allocated to event expenses, to the <br />proposer (management fee and profit structure), maintenance, repair, <br />management/administration, capital repair escrow account, etc. Provide an annual <br />business plan. <br /> <br />7. REFERENCES <br /> <br />Each Proposer must submit a list of three (3) public or private sector clients’ references <br />of current and past customers of which they have provided services within the past <br />five (5) years of similar scope and size of those described herein. <br /> Each Reference must be supplied on client’s letterhead. <br /> Each Reference letter must be signed with contact person name, email address, <br />office location and phone number. <br /> <br />The City retains the right to request any additional information pertaining to the Proposer's <br />ability, qualifications and procedures used to accomplish all work under the contract as it <br />deems necessary to ensure safe and satisfactory work. <br /> <br />8. CONTRACT FORMS <br />All completed contract forms. <br /> <br />9. EXCEPTIONS <br /> Firm must list any exceptions taken to the terms and condition in this RFP. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />END OF SECTION <br />
