He has managed numerous large governmental engagements, assisting many in obtaining the Certificate of <br />Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting. He provides strategic planning and implementation services for <br />governmental and other entities. He has attended and participated in numerous seminars regarding governmental <br />auditing, governmental pension plans, single audits and current accounting pronouncements. He hosted a webinar for the <br />Florida Government Finance Officers Association regarding the Uniform Guidance. <br /> <br />ENGAGEMENT ROLE <br /> <br />Stephen will play a significant role on the engagement team by providing a secondary review of all deliverables and critical <br />engagement decisions, and leading the preparation and review of the financial statements. He is responsible for ensuring <br />that all reports issued by the firm are in compliance with professional standards.
