PROPOSAL FOR <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA <br /> <br />RFP NO. 22-02-01 13 <br />All key team members assigned to this engagement are licensed to practice in the state of Florida. <br />Each individual on the engagement has maintained the required CPE in government accounting <br />and has attended an Ethics course for CPAs in Florida. All applicable licenses are provided in <br />Appendix B. <br />ACTIVE PARTICIPATION ON BOARDS AND COMMITTEES <br />The partners, directors, and managers of the Firm are actively involved in recognized standard- <br />setting organizations at the national, state and local level. These organizations include the Florida <br />Government Finance Officers Association (FGFOA), Florida Association of Special Districts <br />(FASD), Miami-Dade League of Cities, and the Florida League of Cities (FLC). <br /> <br />Marcum is also a member of the AICPA Employee Benefit Plan Audit <br />Quality Center (EBPAQC) and the AICPA’s Governmental Audit <br />Quality Center (GAQC).
