PROPOSAL FOR <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA <br /> <br />RFP NO. 22-02-01 37 <br />TIME SCHEDULE <br />Marcum is committed to completing the audit procedure within the below timeframe or within any <br />other schedule requested by the City. Marcum LLP is available to commence the audit as soon <br />as notification of award has been issued. Each of the following will be completed as stipulated by <br />the RFP: <br /> <br />MUNICIPAL SUPPORT <br />Marcum will assist with drafting the annual comprehensive financial report. In order to meet the <br />GFOA program requirements, City staff is to provide Marcum the following; Introductory Section, <br />Letter of Transmittal, Management’s Discussion and Analysis, and Statistical Section. <br /> <br />TASK ANNUAL TIMING <br />Interim work/ Planning Phase August 31 or earlier <br />Completion of detailed audit plan and a list of all <br />schedules to be prepared by the City for <br />Fieldwork <br />August 31 <br />Commencement of fieldwork November 15th or earlier <br />Completion of Fieldwork December 31st <br />Draft reports and recommendations to <br />management available for Finance Director review January 15th <br />Be available to present Annual Comprehensive <br />Financial Report at Public Meeting January 31
