Concrete for <br />the Bella Vista Bay Park Re -Construction <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends approval of this Resolution. <br />REASONS: <br />This Second Amendment to the Agreement with G. Concrete Development, Inc. is to perforn <br />additional services for the electrical installation, contract price adjustments due to the delay in starting <br />the project, project duration due to supply chain issues and desires to adjust the contract cost and <br />time to reflect project conditions.
