BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br />Project Description: As the General Planning Consultant for the City of Aventura, <br />Corradino assists with a myriad of special projects. As the City continues to <br />manage growth, Corradino completes Comprehensive Plan reviews, site plan <br />reviews, and grant writing. We serve as an extension to staff to assist with any <br />land use and comprehensive planning requests as needed. <br />As part of the General Planning Services contract, Corradino is working on the <br />preparation of a grant-funded report evaluating the City’s existing bicycle and <br />pedestrian network. A core emphasis of the Unified Master Plan for Pedestrian & <br />Bicycle Connectivity emphasized accessibility to the Tri-Rail Coastal Link Station <br />while ensuring connections between the mall and planned station area, local <br />neighborhoods, and the overall region. <br />25.
