ATTACH ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED. <br />Established in 1970, Corradino is a 200+ person firm which has been providing municipal services to clients in South Florida and across <br />the nation for over 50 years. As a multi-disciplinary firm, Corradino is adept at handling the myriad of issues faced by cities of all sizes <br />and all stages of development. Having practiced these services in South Florida the firm understands the enormous pressures that <br />municipalities are under. Corradino is an expert in the fields of Civil Engineering, Roadway Design, Drainage Design, Traffic <br />Engineering, Growth Management, Transportation Planning, Comprehensive Planning and Zoning, Urban Design, Environmental <br />Planning, and Construction Engineering and Inspection. The firm has worked on a great variety of similar projects and understands how <br />to move a project from its initial concept on to a capital improvement program and through to implementation. <br />Corradino gained a reputation as a “Can Do” firm from its early work in the development of the Miami Metro Rail, and other large scale <br />transit systems across the nation in the 1970’s. Subsequently in the 1980’s the firm led the only system wide restructuring of Miami Dade <br />Transit routes until the mid-2000’s. As the program manager for the Louisville Airport Improvement Program, Corradino led the largest <br />economic development project in the history of the State of Kentucky. Working with the Florida Department of Transportation, the firm has <br />led the largest roadway re-construction project in the state, with the I-95 Reconstruction in Palm Beach County. Corradino is the author of <br />the region’s official transportation model. All local and regional long-range transportation planning is done using Corradino’s South East <br />Regional Planning Model (SERPM). Many major pieces of transit infrastructure have been built in this region with the input of Corradino; <br />from Metro Rail, and the Busway, to the I-95 Express Project. <br />As municipalities have continued to evolve in our region, Corradino has taken a leadership role in assisting them by providing state of the <br />art services efficiently and effectively. The firm has specialized in assisting cities form and then develop initial comprehensive, <br />transportation and strategic plans, and land development regulations. As cities now are becoming extremely efficient, Corradino often <br />serves as adjunct staff to them providing technical expertise needed while not being a full-time expense. The firm acts as reviewer of <br />development applications for traffic and site plans. Corradino continues to deliver quality products and services on –time and within budget <br />for a multitude of municipalities in South Florida under contracts just like this one. The following discussion summarizes the timely and <br />cost-effective services we have and continue to provide to our clients. <br />I.
