Changes include, but are not limited to ownership, officers, directors, management, key personnel, scope of <br />work performed, daily operations, on-going business relationships with other firms, individuals or the physical location of your firm. <br />After our review, you will receive instructions as to how you should proceed, if necessary. Failure to comply will result in action to <br />remove your firm's DBE certification. <br />It is strongly recommended that you register your firm as a vendor with Miami-Dade County.
