One of the requirements of this funding was for the City to establish a Title VI policy and plan. <br />The City of Sunny Isles Beach is committed to ensuring that no person is excluded from participatior <br />in, or denied the benefits of its services including transit, on the basis of race, color, or national origin, <br />as protected by Title VI in Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Circular 4702.1.B. <br />The Department of Transportation and Public Works Office of Civil Rights, and Labor Relations (DTP\A <br />requires the City of Sunny Isles Beach to renew and update the City's Title VI Program plan every thre <br />years.
