Samson Commission Chambers, Sunny Isles Beach Government Center, 18070 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida on Thursday, January 20", 2022, at 6:30 p.m., to consider the following Zoning application: Application: Signage Variance for Le Maisonneuve- Le Maisonneuve Condominium Association ("Applicant") Location: 17700 North Bay Road Public Hearing #: PZ2021-20 Summary: The Applicant is seeking a sign variance pursuant to Section §265-63.1 of the City of Sunny Isles Beach Code of Ordinances to increase the number of monument signs, to allow two (2) monument signs, where only one (1) is allowed per Section §265-55(A). Specifically, the Applicant is requesting two 36 square foot back -lit channel letter signs on existing wall structures. Requests: 1. Pursuant to Section §265.63.1 of the City of Sunny Isles Beach Land Development Regulations, the Applicant is requesting a sign variance approval for an increase in the maximum number of monument signs to allow two (2) monument signs on the same street frontage, where only one (1) is allowed per Section §265-55(A). The plans reviewed are on file, and may be examined, in the City Clerk's Office and are entitled "Drawings", prepared by Adwave Graphics Inc,. stamped received November 30", 2021, consisting of 1 sheet and "Sketch of Boundary Survey" prepared by ECS Land Surveyors, Inc. stamped received November 30', 2021, consisting of 1 sheet. Plans are subject to revisions based on comments provided by zoning staff of the City of Sunny Isles Beach. Plans are subject to modification. Legal: Tract "A", LE MAISONNEUVE , according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 143, Page 10, of the Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida. The hearing on these matters may be continued at this meeting and under such circumstances, additional legal notice would not be provided.
