47QSMD20R0001 Refresh: 0009 Section III A. Terms and Conditions Related to Schedule Contract Administration <br />(e) The Government reserves the right to exercise one of the following options: <br />(1) Accept the Contractor's price increases as requested when all conditions of (b), (c), and <br />(d) of this clause are satisfied; <br />(2) Negotiate smaller increases when the total increase requested is not supported; or, <br />(3) Remove the product(s) from contract involved pursuant to the Cancellation Clause of this <br />contract, when the increase requested is not supported. <br />(f) The increased contract prices shall apply to delivery orders issued to the Contractor on or after the <br />effective date of the contract modification. <br />Note: Regulation 552.216-70 <br />The EPA Ceiling Limit for this clause is hereby established as 4% for the Human Capital <br />Category, 5% for the Professional Services Category, 5% for the Travel Category and 10% <br />for all other Large Categories. <br />NOTE: This clause applies to contracts participating in the Transactional Data Reporting <br />(TDR) Pilot. <br />Begin Regulation <br />552.217-71 NOTICE REGARDING OPTION(S) (NOV 1992) <br />The General Services Administration (GSA) has included an option to Extend the terns of this contract in <br />order to demonstrate the value it places on quality perfonnance by providing a mechanism for continuing a <br />contractual relationship with a successful offeror that perfonns at a level which meets or exceeds GSA's <br />quality performance expectations as communicated to the Contractor, in writing, by the Contracting Officer <br />or designated representative. When deciding whether to exercise the option, the Contracting Officer will <br />consider the quality of the Contractor's past perforniance under this contract in accordance with 48 CER <br />517.207. <br />Begin Regulation <br />552.238-74 INTRODUCTION OF NEW SUPPLIES/SERVICES (INSS) <br />(NOV 2020) <br />(a) Definition <br />"Introduction of New Supplies/Services Special Item Number (INSS SIN)" means a new or improved <br />supply or service - within the scope of the Federal Supply Schedule (FSS), but not currently available <br />under any Federal Supply Schedule contract- that provides anew service, function, task, or attribute <br />that may provide a more economical or efficient means for ordering activities to accomplish their <br />missions. It may significantly improve an existing supply or service. It may be a supply or service <br />existing in the commercial market, but not yet introduced to the Federal Government. <br />(b) Offerors are encouraged to introduce new or improved supplies or services via INSS SIN at any <br />time by clearly identifying the INSS SIN item in the offer. <br />(c) The Contracting Officer has the sole discretion to determine whether a supply or service will be <br />accepted as an INSS SIN item.
