47QSMD20R0001 Refresh: 0009 Section III A. Terms and Conditions Related to Schedule Contract Administration <br />(i) Except as provided in paragraph (i)(2) the Contractor shall prepare and submit a sufficient number of <br />Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS's), meeting the requirements of 29 CER 19101200(g) and the <br />latest version of Federal Standard No. 313, for all hazardous materials identified in paragraph (b) of this <br />clause. <br />(1) For items shipped to consignees, the Contractor shall include a copy of the MSDS with the <br />packing list or other suitable shipping document which accompanies each shipment. <br />Alternatively, the Contractor is permitted to transmit MSDS's to consignees in advance of receipt <br />of shipments by consignees, if authorized in writing by the Contracting Officer. <br />(2) For items shipped to consignees identified by mailing address as agency depots, distribution <br />centers or customer supply centers, the Contractor shall provide one copy of the MSDS's in or on <br />each shipping container. If affixed to the outside of each container, the MSDS must be placed in a <br />weather resistant envelope. <br />Begin Regulation <br />52.225-6 TRADE AGREEMENTS CERTIFICATE (FEB 2021) <br />(a) The offeror certifies that each end product, except those listed in paragraph (b) of this provision, is a <br />U.S.-made or designated country end product, as defined in the clause of this solicitation entitled <br />"Trade Agreements." <br />(b) The offeror shall list as other end products those supplies that are not U.S.-made or designated <br />country end products. <br />Other End Products: <br />Line Item No. Country of Origin <br />(List as Necessary) <br />(c) The Government will evaluate offers in accordance with the policies and procedures of Part 25 of <br />the Federal Acquisition Regulation. For line items covered by the WTO GPA, the Government will <br />evaluate offers of U.S.-made or designated country end products without regard to the restrictions of the <br />Buy American statute. The Government will consider for award only offers of U.S.-made or designated <br />country end products unless the Contracting Officer determines that there are no offers for such <br />products or that the offers for those products are insufficient to fulfill the requirements of this <br />solicitation. <br />Begin Regulation <br />52.233-2 SERVICE OF PROTEST (SEP 2006) <br />(a) Protests, as defined in section 33.101 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, that are filed directly <br />with an agency, and copies of any protests that are filed with the Government Accountability Office <br />(GAO), shall be served on the Contracting Officer (addressed as follows) by obtaining written and <br />dated acknowledgment of receipt from: <br />Page: 75 of 141 <br />
