All Participants' storage tanks must be registered accordingly with all local code enforcement agencies. <br />2. Participating agencies can order fuel Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, <br />3. Orders will be accepted via phone, fax, or a -mail. Automatic deliveries and/or weekly top -offs are <br />recommended for tankwagon deliveries. <br />4. Orders in by 3 PM are guaranteed next day service. <br />5. Port Consolidated expects Co-op participates to pay within the defined terms of the agreement. Failure <br />to do so may result in refusal of service. <br />6. Port Consolidated does not have volume purchase requirements for participating; agencies.
