BACKGROUND AND HISTORY
Architects Design Group (ADG) was established in 1971 by LSX Reeves, V, FAIA as a full
service architectural and planning firm, Since then, ADG has grown to a national firm
providing spatial needs assessments, programming; site selection / analysis, master
planning, project budget analysis, design, and construction administration services for
over 350+ governmental agencies across the United States,
ADG is a design -oriented firm blending the science of building technology, problem
solving, and the art of architecture, We believe in the tenets of authentic, contemporary
architecture, and direct our practice to achieve the highest standards of design quality.
With each project, we embark on a search for design excellence. Our success reflects the
resolution of specific design issues while meeting the functional needs of the program
within the established budget,
UNIQUE ATTRIBUTES AND QUALITY
Over the years, ADG has narrowed its focus from a diversity of project types to a
small number of areas of specialization, The primary areas of expertise include design
services for law enforcement, public safety, and municipal facilities. Our projects reflect
our knowledge of state-of-the-art trends in facility programming and design, as well as
our ability to focus collective talents toward innovative applications and cost effective
techniques.
FINANCIAL STABILITY
ADG has served cities and counties since our firm was incorporated 50 years ago in 1971.
In that time, we have weathered three severe economic recessions, Financial stability
can best be demonstrated in a credit rating which details how a firm rates relative to its
payments to creditors, suppliers, and consultants. If payments in these areas are current
and within terms, then the firm is meeting all of its obligations and has demonstrated
that it has the management and leadership skills necessary to be financially stable over
time.
The latest Dunn and Bradstreet report demonstrates that 100% of our firm's payments
are within terms, The report also notes that 100% of our payments to creditors, suppliers,
and consultants are rated as "prompt'; meaning that payments received are within terms
granted to us, In addition, the firm has benefited from stable leadership in its corporate
officers, We have an established project management and delivery approach which is
utilized for each project we undertake, Updated project information is used to track time
and individual efforts.
This information is then compared to our projected profit / loss expectations. This
information can be verified through Dunn and Bradstreet, #013701560, As requested
in the RFQ, we have included all required financial information in a separate sealed
document for the city's review.
17
