``0 op So-' '�" <br />LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT <br />NOTICE TO RESPONDENTS <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Sunny Isles Beach is seeking sealed submittals for the <br />following work as specified. <br />Space Needs Assessment and Site Feasibility Study (CCNA) <br />The Specifications for this Request for Qualifications are available from DemandStar by calling (800) 711- <br />1712 or by accessing their website at www.demandstar.com. The Specifications may also be examined at <br />the City of Sunny Isles Beach — Office of the City Clerk. Firms who obtain the Specifications from sources <br />other than DemandStar or the City of Sunny Isles Beach are cautioned that their response package may <br />be incomplete. Addenda will be posted and disseminated by DemandStar at least five days prior to the <br />submittal date to all firms who are listed on the official list. The City may not accept incomplete submissions. <br />Sealed submittals will be received by the City Clerk no later than 2:30 PM on Tuesday, November 30, <br />2021 at the Sunny Isles Beach Government Center located at 18070 Collins Avenue, 4th floor, Sunny Isles <br />Beach, Florida, 33160. The City is under no obligation to return Submittals. Responses will be publicly <br />opened and firm names read aloud at that time. <br />The envelope containing the sealed RFQ must be clearly marked: <br />Space Needs Assessment and Site Feasibility Study (CCNA) <br />Request for Qualifications No. 21-10-01 <br />OPENING DATE AND TIME: Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at 2:30 PM <br />The City reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, with or without cause, to waive technical errors <br />and informalities, and to accept the submittal determined to be in the best interest of the City and pursuant <br />to the requirements set forth in the Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act ("CCNA"), <br />Section 287.055, Florida Statutes. <br />All questions regarding this Request for Qualifications No. 21-10-01 shall be directed in writing to Mauricio <br />Betancur, CIVIC, City Clerk.
