RODNEY WMANUS, LEED AP <br />PROJECT MANAGER <br />ROLE ON THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH PUBLIC SAFETY DEPARTMENT <br />SPATIAL NEEDS ANALYSIS AND FEASIBILITY STUDY <br />For this project, Rodney will serve as the project manager. He will assist Ian with the spatial <br />needs analysis and feasibility study for the city's public safety department. He will also <br />coordinate with daily communications to subconsultants and project stakeholders. <br />EXPERIENCE <br />Rodney McManus is the Vice President of ADG and has worked with the firm for over eight <br />years. He is a LEED AP and has been involved with many LEED-certified projects in his career. <br />His work as a project and account manager in the public sector includes law enforcement, <br />fire -rescue, EOC, civic, and public safety facilities. Prior to joining ADG, Rodney was a partner <br />of an architecture firm in New York City where his focus was on large-scale projects in the <br />city. <br />Rodney's 37+ years of experience with all facets of project design and management enables <br />him to understand a project from many perspectives. He is detail -oriented but is also able <br />to maintain a global focus throughout the project, His management style allows him to <br />understand the nuances of a project and provide specific information and guidance to the <br />design team while responding to the needs of the client. Rodney's multi -faceted background, <br />affords him a solid understanding of specific project requirements, allowing for the smooth <br />development of a project from programming to completion. <br />Rodney understands that the foundation of a project, beginning with the initial interviews <br />and programming, is of the utmost importance and builds a solid foundation for a projects <br />success.
