<br />ROLE ON THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH PUBLIC SAFETY DEPARTMENT
<br />SPATIAL NEEDS ANALYSIS AND FEASIBILITY STUDY
<br />Raul will serve as the Lead MEP Engineer for this project. He will analyze the existing
<br />building's life -cycle costs and assist with any MEP narratives needed for the study or cost
<br />estimates.
<br />EXPERIENCE
<br />With more than 40 years of experience, Mr. Estevez serves as a senior project manager and/
<br />or engineering coordinator for the programming, planning, design and construction of some
<br />of the firm's largest projects. Mr. Estevez has managed various large-scale and complex
<br />projects such as the North Terminal Development at the Miami International Airport as well
<br />as other American Airlines projects and the $100 million VA Medical Center in West Palm
<br />Beach, FL. Through his work with public safety, aviation, transportation, and development
<br />clients, Raul has acquired a broad understanding of project management and has overseen
<br />some of the firm's most complex projects, most of which have involved multiple decision
<br />makers and multiple design firms.
