The City must enter into the FDEM funding agreement to receive its allocation of Fiscal Recovery <br />Funds in the amount of Ten Million Nine Hundred Twenty Thousand Six Hundred Thirteen Dollars <br />10,920,613.00), 50% will be given upon receipt of the signed agreement and the remaining 50% <br />one year later. <br />The City will establish a separate Special Revenue Fund entitled American Rescue Plan Act of <br />2021 Fund in order to ensure proper accountability and accurate tracking and reporting of spent <br />funds for eligible uses. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Resolution <br />Agreement <br />Department of Emergency Management Memorandum <br />Item Number: 10.1
