Staffing <br /> <br />Relevant experience and qualifications of key personnel, including key personnel of <br />subcontractors, that will be assigned to this project and experience and qualifications of <br />subcontractors <br /> <br />• The size and experience of the company staff pool from which staff assigned to <br />the management contract can be drawn. <br />• The composition of the staff team that will be assigned to the contract. <br />• The names of the employees in the area responsible for this contract <br />• Their function in the company. <br />• The name of the person who will be responsible for the coordination of work. <br />• Experience and qualifications of staff and satisfactory record of performance of <br />staff <br />• Each proposal must identify the name(s) and address(es) of all Subcontractors, <br />suppliers and other persons and organizations including those who are to furnish <br />the principal items of material and equipment. If requested by City after Bid <br />Opening and before Award, the successful bidder shall submit to City additional <br />detail on any or all Subcontractors or Suppliers including without limitation, <br />pertinent information regarding similar projects, and other evidence of qualification <br />for each such Subcontractor, Supplier, other persons or organization. <br /> <br />4. Approach / Methodology <br /> <br />Proposers approach methodology to providing the services requested in this solicitation <br /> <br /> Suitability of the methodologies and approaches used in achieving tasks. <br /> Overall organization to completing the project. <br /> Work plan explaining how they intend on meeting the established deadlines. <br /> Bidders are required to provide an Emergency Response Plan with 2 Hour <br />Response for emergency call-outs (submit with bid). <br /> Bidder shall specify on the attached Bid Form the estimated <br />response/mobilization time necessary to get crews working after contract award. <br /> Include information on Manufacturers' warranties <br /> Value engineering, if applicable <br /> <br />5. References <br /> <br />Each Proposer must submit at least two (2) references of Current and Past Customers, <br />within the last five (5) years of which they have provided services similar in scope and <br />size of those described herein. <br />• Each Reference must be supplied on Client’s Letterhead <br />• Each Reference letter must be signed with contact person and phone number. <br />Local References are preferred.
