Neely, Finance <br />Director <br />DATE: April 12, 2022 <br />RE: Budget Amendment BA2022-01 <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends approval of this Ordinance. <br />REASONS: <br />Budget Amendment BA2022-01 records the following necessary budget transactions: <br />1. Unaudited fund balance carryovers from the prior fiscal year. <br />2. Purchase order carryovers from the prior fiscal year and other expenditure appropriations. <br />3. Routine transfers between existing budgeted expenditure accounts for actual expenditures. <br />4. Transfers from the Human Resources budget to the Police Department budget for FY 2021/22 <br />Police/PBA step plan raises. <br />5. Appropriations to the Human Resources budget for the estimated implementation costs of the <br />Evergreen salary study. _ <br />6. Modifications to appropriations for staffing changes and leave payouts to terminated employees <br />(City Manager's Office, Finance/Purchasing and Human Resources). <br />7. Record FY 2021/22 American Rescue Plan Act revenue received and appropriations for COVII <br />expenses and allowable capital projects TBD. <br />8. Individual capital project carryovers from 09/30/2021 to 10/01/2021 - Capital Projects Fund anc <br />Stormwater Capital Fund. <br />9. Appropriations necessary for the purchase of 18500 Collins Ave (Navarro Property) in the Capita <br />Projects fund and related operational rental revenue and anticipated expenditures for FY 2021/22 it <br />the General Fund. <br />10.
