Commission deems necessary to conduct the city busines! <br />appropriately and in accordance with the City Charter. It also establishes procedures governing <br />standing committees, including the selection of members, the application process, voting <br />requirements, the role and authority of committee members, and meeting schedules. The Code <br />currently only allows committees to meet every other month, for a total of no more than six (6) times <br />per year.
