�:_• SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH AND <br />JORDA ENTERPRISES, "INC. <br />CONTRACT NO. 2020 - 4288 <br />This Second Amendment to the Agreement between the CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH <br />("City") and JORDA ENTERPRISES, INC., ("Contractor") executed this 01St day of April, 2022, is <br />made a part of the original Agreement between the parties dated April 29, 2020 ("the Agreement"), as <br />amended, between the City and Contractor attached hereto as Attaclnnent "A" whose Federal <br />Identification # is 59-2340702. The City and Contractor hereby agree as follows: <br />1. SECOND OPTION TO RENEW. The City hereby elects to exercise its second option to renew <br />the Agreement for one (1) year as set forth in Section 4 of the Agreement. The effective date of this <br />second amendment shall commence on April 29, 2022 and shall terminate no later than April 28, 2023. <br />2. ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION. Section 5 of the original Agreement between the parties <br />is hereby amended to include additional compensation for this one (1) year renewal term in an amount <br />not to exceed Thirty -One Thousand Four Hundred Eighty Dollars ($31,480.00), which amount includes <br />a contingency of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) for Additional Services as defined in the original <br />Agreement and at the rates set forth therein. This amount will bring the total contract amount not to <br />exceed Ninety -Four Thousand Four Hundred Forty -Four Dollars ($94,440.00). <br />3. OTHER PROVISIONS REMAIN IN EFFECT. Except as specifically modified herein, all <br />terms and conditions of the original Agreement, as amended, between the parties shall remain in full <br />force and effect. <br />4. CONFLICTING PROVISIONS.
