You also agree to provide us with a copy of the final reproduced material for our approval before it is distributed. In addition, to avoid unnecessary delay or misunderstanding, it is important that you give us timely notice of your intention to issue any such document. With regard to the electronic dissemination of the City's annual or interim financial statements, including financial statements published electronically on the City's website, we are not required to read the information contained in those sites or to consider the consistency of other information in the electronic site with the original document. If the City elects to issue public debt and not have us associated with the proposed offering, we agree that our association with the proposed offering is not necessary providing that the City agrees to clearly indicate that we are not associated with the contents of any such official statement or memorandum.
