Discuss what strategies the submitter will utilize to keep this project on schedule <br />Working closely with the City's Project Manager we will establish bi-monthly milestones, develop a <br />contingency plan to identify alternatives to ensure continuity and that milestones are met. We will use Gant <br />charts to monitor the project's various phases. We will ensure that our crews are consistently on time and ready to start wo <br />and established times. Additionally, we inspect our equipment and other resources daily to ensure they are maintained in <br />proper working order to ensure no delays because of equipment downtime. <br />12. Discuss strategies the submitter will implement to ensure the project is kept on budget <br />In addition to the actions noted in No. 11 above, while we have listed potential suppliers, <br />we will routinely quote at least three sources for price comparisons as necessary and appropriate. <br />So our material cost are maintained within budget our labor rate for staff is set for the duration <br />of the contract. <br />13. Have you personally inspected the plans and location, are there any concerns that may impede <br />your performance on this project? <br />Yes the plans and location have been personally inspected by Kieimer Cruz. Our questions were addressed <br />and published via addendum to the solicitation. <br />14.
