Approach /Methodology <br />Proposers approach methodology to providing the services requested in this solicitation <br />■ Suitability of the methodologies and approaches used in achieving tasks. <br />o Answer: Unitec's methodologies and approaches are first and foremost to keep <br />employees and the public safe while achieving the task at hand. At Unitec our <br />reputation for honesty, integrity and performance is very important to us. We'll go <br />out of our way to meet or exceed your expectations every time! We've built our <br />reputation for excellence by delivering each and every time, great service, excellent <br />customer support and affordable prices. <br />Overall organization to completing the project. <br />o Answer: Unitec will have an assigned team with one onsite Project Manager. The <br />Project Manager will submit daily reports to Unitec's Superintendent with project <br />progressions. Every morning before the start of the day the Project Manager and <br />the team will have clear instructions of what is expected to be completed by end <br />of day as well as their daily safety talk. <br />■ Work plan explaining how they intend on meeting the established deadlines. <br />o Answer: Unitec will follow a project schedule as well as, request for bi-weekly <br />meetings with the project manager for the City of Sunny Isles to discuss any <br />project updates. <br />■ Bidders are required to provide an Emergency Response Plan with 2 Hour <br />Response for emergency call -outs (submit with bid). <br />o Answer: See enclosed Emergency Plan <br />• Bidder shall specify on the attached Bid Form the estimated response/mobilization time <br />necessary to get crews working after contract award. <br />o Answer: Once contract award, Unitec can mobilize 14 days after all permits and <br />shop drawings are approved. <br />■ Include information on Manufacturers' warranties <br />o Answer: Unitec will be installing CommScope products.
