Litigation History <br />CONTRACTOR shall provide a summary of any litigation or arbitration that the <br />CONTRACTOR, its parent company or its subsidiaries have been engaged in or are currently <br />engaged in, during the past five (5) years against or involving (1) any public entity in <br />Florida for any amount (2) any private entity for an amount greater than $100,000. The <br />summary shall state the nature of the litigation or arbitration, a brief description of the <br />case, the outcome or projected outcome, and the monetary amounts involved. The CITY <br />may disqualify any CONTRACTOR it determines to be excessively litigious. <br />Answer: See Enclosed <br />8.
