Page 18 <br />Figure 5 2045 TRIP ASSIGNMENT <br />7.0 — ROADWAY SEGMENT CAPACITY ANALYSIS <br />The amendment's impact on the roadway segment of Collins Avenue/SR AIA was examined for the AM <br />and PM peak hour during short-term (2025) and long-term (2045) horizon years. The analysis took into <br />consideration the short-term growth on the area's roadway based on the FDOT historical growth rate <br />between 2015-2019. The FDOT historical growth rate information is provided in Appendix E.
